Recycled Websites, how does that work?

Websites, how does that work?

Over the years we have collected websites, saved them to back up discs, and they have ‘just sat there’ – so rather than let these websites rot away we are going to recycle them, make them available for use to either individuals or businesses and a greatly reduced cost.

Why were these websites not used? Well some of them were, and some weren’t. A few reasons why these sites are not in use.
Programming Upgrades, the old site is retired from use
Design changes, colours, logo changes
Aborted start-up’s, occ. great ideas do not get off the ground
Business retirement, business closes and so does the website

Recycled websites, are they going to work for you straight out of the box (or off the CD more precisely)? No, they are not, they will need logo / colour changes, maybe they don’t match your or your business idea / model and may need ‘re-working’ to suit requirements.

Can we really call these websites Recycled? Well, we think so, all of the sites have had time and money invested in them at one point – some of that is ‘recovered’ or recycled.
Examples of Avilable Recycled Websites

Recycled Brochure website – static pages in single language, 6 standard pages with one image per page, contact form. Entry level recycled website.

Recycled Meduim Ecommerce – shopping cart site with ability to accept payments through paypal, 4 main top level categories each containing 10 – 20 products, 2 products can be featured on the home page. Ability to add / edit pages and products as required using our in house content management system – Dual Language, English and French.

Recycled Meduim Small Ecommerce – standard ‘static’ pages (about us, faq etc) with several single product pages offering one product each taking payments through paypal.

Recycled full content managed website in two langauges (English, French) with full control over page content (text and images), one product page listing all products with click to view full details – does not except payments, just an enquiry about a product.
